Non- curable rubber modified asphalt waterproof coating is made of high quality petroleum asphalt, functional polymer modifier and special additives through scientific optimization, will form composite waterproof layer with modified bitumen waterproof membrane together. It has outstanding creep properties, self-healing, fatigue resistance, aging resistance. It is a new type of hot melt bitumen waterproof coating.

Feature

1. High solid content, more than 98%, no solvent or volatile matter.

2. Good self healing ability. Able to heal the concrete automatically, suitable for complex construction surface.

3. Strong adhesion to different kinds of substrates and membranes. Excellent bonding performance.

4. Can be used below -10ºC.

5. Easy to apply. Both scraping and spraying are ok. 

6. Its waterproof performance will not be affected by external forces like basement deformation & sedimentation.
